Sales Peer Groups

Your sales and marketing organization is one of the most critical in growing and evolving your company. Yet this is an area where many IT solution providers are uncomfortable and uncertain how to proceed.

Your service offerings and delivery are superior. Your technical consultants are top notch. Now you want a sales strategy that leverages both.

KLA Sales Peer Groups are designed to help you focus on specific areas you’d like to establish, improve, or evolve within your sales organization. In each program you’ll center on building one critical aspect of your sales organization.

Sales Peer Group Objectives
Guided by an experienced KLA Group expert you’ll:

  • develop processes
  • define procedures
  • establish metrics
  • identify the people you need to achieve your objectives

Each program has a specific objective that moves you toward building a world class IT solution provider sales organization: from defining a lead generation plan, hiring talented sales people, to creating your sales operations strategy and more.

Results Focus
Sales is a results-focused profession and at KLA Group we’re all about you seeing a positive return on your efforts. The plans, strategies and tactics you develop must fit the culture of your company and your vision so it’s easily implemented. Without that, your efforts are wasted.

At the end of each session you’ll have action items that’ll move you toward your goal. Upon completion of the program, you’ll have completed one aspect of building your sales team, aligned with your vision.

If your resources are constrained and you find you can’t complete the work, we can assist you through our consulting services. Our goal is your goal: build and strengthen your sales organization.

How Peer Groups Work

  • Groups meet every one or two weeks for 75 minutes over the phone.
  • Typically owners or key members of the management team attend.
  • Groups are deliberately limited to 12-15 members to facilitate learning, examine new concepts and techniques, share work, and conquer road blocks.
  • You receive a workbook, links to downloadable tools, an MP3 recording, and more for each session.
  • You get the knowledge, skills, resources and tools you need to meet the program objectives.

Recommendations
While you may be tempted to join multiple groups to jump start your sales organization, we recommend you center your attention on one area at a time. This way you can be certain you’ll accomplish your objective.

If there are a number of areas you must address simultaneously, we suggest you have different members of your team take responsibility for each one.
