In these engagements, KLA works with clients to help to assess how closely the sales training offerings they provide are aligned with the role competency requirements they have established for each sales and sales management role within their organization.

Key results and deliverables vary by client and often include mapping the client's existing course offerings against the role competency models, providing an analysis indicating where there is:

  • Adequate coverage
  • Overlap
  • No coverage

As part of the engagement KLA is often asked to:

  • Analyze specific course content, materials, and instructional design.
  • Determine the effectiveness of the courses in achieving their stated learning and performance objectives.
