Training Reinforcement Planning

Overview

The key to sustained learning and adaptation of new skills and methodologies following any format of training program is reinforcement of the primary messages, and key learning and business objectives.

KLA assists clients by formalizing a reinforcement program that combines traditional training opportunities with the team's normal activities. The program includes actionable reinforcement activities you implement internally through managers, participants and their peers, your training or human resources organization, or one that combines internal and KLA resources.

KLA utilizes pre- and post-self assessments to help measure participants' progress in adopting and implementing the new concepts. Areas where they are struggling become key areas of focus for the reinforcement program. If mentor coaching is in place, managers are guided on how to best use these results to coach.

Through our custom development services KLA is also able to develop training reinforcement modules.

Overview
