Mentor coaching is delivered on an individual basis where participants receive individual continuous mentor coaching for a defined period of time. You define the frequency, session duration and period of time. A KLA consultant is assigned to each individual and works directly with them. Executive Mentor coaching is kept in strictest confidence. Your name is never released unless you authorize or request it.
