Overview
When you choose to train your organization KLA Group recognizes that you are interested in changing how your company does business. Mentor coaching helps you help your team transition from the old way they were doing business to the new way. It allows you as the manager to provide focus on individual areas of improvement you have identified for each person being mentored.
Mentor coaching is delivered on an individual basis where participants receive individual continuous mentor coaching for a defined period of time. You define the frequency, session duration and period of time. A KLA consultant is assigned to each individual and works directly with them, keeping you, the manager, informed of the progress without breaking confidences with the individual contributor.
