If KLA Group cancels an event, we will utilize the e-mail address you provided to use to notify you of the cancellation. We will also refund the participant fees for that event to your credit card.
If you are unable to participate in an event, no refunds will be issued. Instead, as a registered participant, you will be able to download a recording of the event to listen to at your convenience. Recordings of each conference will be available for download within 48 hours after the completion of the conference and can be accessed using the download link provided in the confirmation e-mail you received when you registered for the audio conference series.
