By now, you probably feel like an old hat at leaving voicemails. Try this trick: instead of waiting by the phone for them to get back to you, tell them you’ll call them back. Make sure you do! You can even go one step further and tell them when you’ll call them back. Then you can send them a calendar invite for that time.
