This time of year is always more hectic than we think it’s going to be. That can make your new prospecting goals particularly challenging. Here’s one of my favorite tricks: Send a 20-minute calendar invitation with a couple of bullet points about what you want to talk about. If prospects don’t accept, call anyway. Your appointment may still be on their calendar and you just might catch them at their desk.
