How Peer Groups Work
- Groups meet every one or two weeks for 75 minutes over the phone.
- Typically owners or key members of the management team attend.
- Groups are deliberately limited to 12-15 members to facilitate learning, examine new concepts and techniques, share work, and conquer road blocks.
- You receive a workbook, links to downloadable tools, an MP3 recording, and more for each session.
- You get the knowledge, skills, resources and tools you need to meet the program objectives.
